Information About Submissions:
Cocojams  is a family friendly website. We encourage submissions of material from children & youth as well as adults.  Because we are family friendly, we will not accept examples or commentary that includes what we consider to be profanity.

We will also not post material that we consider to be offensive {i.e.-material that is racist, sexist, homophobic, explicitly sexual references, or has what we consider to be an excessive amount of violence}.

We expect that all visitors who submit material to this website will be courteous and respectful of differences.

Particularly in the case of children's rhymes, cheers, and songs, for historical and folkloric purposes, we encourage persons who submit examples to include such demographical information as the place {city, state, and nation-if outside of the USA} where the example was recited; when the example was recited {year by decade such as 1990s, 1970s}; and who recites or recited the  example {girls, girls & boys; boys} We would appreciate it if you also include information on the race/ethnicity of the children who recited the example.  We also encourage the inclusion of information about the example's performance category {such as "jump rope rhyme", handclap rhyme", or "circle game"} .  Information about the performance directions and other commentary is recommended, but is not required.

Sorry, only selected material will be posted and no submitted material will be returned to senders.

Notice About Use Of Submissions:
We reserve the right to use any material sent to this website on other websites and in our publications.

Thank you!
