This video shows people doing the Diski dance. The Diski Dance is the official dance of the 2010 South African Soccer World Cup. "Diski" is South African township word for "soccer" (football) and the Diski dance came from those moves.

You can download the video and get other teaching tools at www.pullups.com if you really like it.
